Shipping & Returns

Cancellations

Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 20 days of purchase. Follow the link for an exchange, you will not be charged for shipping. 

Returns

Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase. They must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.   

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend that you ship through a service that provides a tracking code. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Please note that all shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds

Please note we are unable to issue refunds for items that are not received back. once your item has been received, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. 

Defects

If you experience a defect or are unhappy with the quality of a gown at any point, please contact us and we will make sure you are taken care of.
